Limehouse Station is located in Limehouse. The station is in Zone 2. It is served by Docklands Light Railway (DLR) and c2c train services.
Limehouse is between Fenchurch Street and West Ham stations on the c2c route and between Shadwell (west) and Westferry (east) on the DLR.
It was opened in 1841 as part of the London and Blackwall Railway. The area it was in used to be known as Ratcliffe. The station has been previously been known as Stepney Junction and later Stepney East station. It lies to the west of the Limehouse Basin. There is a garden centre underneath the station which is opposite John Scurr House.
