The Liberal Party of Andorra (Partit Liberal d'Andorra) is a free market liberal party and the largest party in Andorra. It has a majority of seats in the General Council of Andorra - with 16 out of the 28 available. It is led by Marc Forné Molné, who founded the party in 1992. Molné became Head of Government in 1997. The PLA is member of the Liberal International and the European Liberal Democrat and Reform Party.
