The Latin American and Caribbean Internet Addresses Registry () is the Regional Internet Registry for Mexico, Central America, parts of the Caribbean, and South America.

It was established in 2001, with administrative offices in Montevideo and technical facilities provided by of São Paulo. Before this date, registration services for the region were provided by ARIN.
