Kimberlin Brown

Kimberlin Brown Pelzer (born June 29, 1961) is an American actress. She was born in Hayward, California.

Although she has made appearances on soap operas such as Another World and Port Charles, she is most famous for her role as the vengeful Sheila Carter on The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful. She started on Y&R in 1990 and moved to B&B in 1992.

While she is no longer on-contract with the show, she continues to make special guest appearances. In 2002, her character killed off Hunter Tylo's character, Dr. Taylor Hamilton Forrester. In 2003, Sheila attempted to kill off Ridge Forrester (played by Ronn Moss) with the help of escaped convict Sugar (played by veteran soap actress Robin Mattson).

Brown is married to Gary Pelzer.
