Killara

Killara is a suburb of Sydney, Australia. It is part of the Ku-ring-gai Council Local Government Area. The name comes from an Aboriginal word meaning "permanent", and was given by James George Edwards. There is a railway station on the North Shore Line near the Pacific Highway in Culworth Ave.
