On the night of September 18, 2004, he married Britney Spears in a non-denominational surprise ceremony at a private home in Studio City, California before 20-30 guests. Britney reportedly had to pay for her five-carat engagement ring, and has refused to have Federline sign a pre-nuptial agreement. Federline has small two children with actress Shar Jackson.
