Kelly Joy Hoare (born 1 July 1963), Australian politician, has been an Australian Labor Party member of the Australian House of Representatives since October 1998, representing the Division of Charlton, New South Wales. She was born in Deniliquin, New South Wales, the daughter of Robert Brown, who was MP for Hunter 1980-84 and for Charlton 1984-98. She was educated at Canberra University, and was a public servant and electorate officer before entering politics.
