Kampen is a municipality and a city in the eastern Netherlands.
Grafhorst, 's-Heerenbroek, IJsselmuiden, Kampen, Kamperveen, Wilsum and Zalk.
Kampen received city rights in 1236. It used to be an important port town, and was a former member of the hanseatic league. The population of the city as of 2001 was 32,960.
Grafhorst (population as of 2001: 770) is a small town about 3 km north of Kampen. It received city rights in 1333.
Wilsum (population as of 2001: 710) is a small town located on the river IJssel, about 4km southeast of Kampen. It received city rights in 1427.
