K-Star Wrestling is owned and controlled by Steve Logan, a British professional wrestler who appeared regularly on World of Sport and also trained at the Stampede Wrestling facilities in Calgary, Canada.

K-Star Promote a Family orientated model of Wrestling, which goes from training to shows as it is believed that there is no need to sport Profanity to give an entertaining show, there is also a distinct British Wrestling flavour mixed with American wrestling style, which has filtered down from Steve Logan's own training at Stampede Wrestling under Stu Hart.

Based in the Midlands, around the Birmingham area, KSW is not the largest Wrestling promotion, but it continues to thrive and to grow slowly.
