The Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2004 will be the second Eurovision Song Contest for young singers aged 8 to 15. It will be held on November 20, 2004, in Lillehammer in Norway. The number of participanting countries is expected to be 18. Specifically, Belarus, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Macedonia, Greece, Latvia, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
