Joshua Malina (born 17 January 1966) is an American film and stage actor. He currently portrays character Will Bailey on the NBC drama The West Wing.
Born and raised in New Rochelle, NY, Malina graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in Theater. He made his acting debut in the Broadway production of Aaron Sorkin's A Few Good Men. From 1998-2000, Malina starred as character Jeremy Goodwin on Sorkin's Sports Night. The critically acclaimed show was unable to find a fan base and was cancelled after two seasons.
He is likely best known for his current role as Will Bailey on The West Wing, which he has held since 2002. He fills the spot left by Rob Lowe's departure from the show. With the role, he continues his feat of appearing in every project written or produced by Sorkin.
