The Honourable Joseph Blair "Joe" McGuire is a Canadian politician. He is a Member of Parliament representing the Liberals in the House of Commons for the riding of Edgmont, Prince Edward Island. He is also the Minister for the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, since 2003, in the Cabinet of Prime Minister Paul Martin.
