The Jiajing Emperor (嘉靖; pinyin: jia1 jing4) (1507-1566) was emperor of China (Ming dynasty) between 1522-1566. Born Zhu Houzong, he was the Zhengde Emperor's cousin.
His temple name was Shi Zong (世宗; pinyin: shi4 zong1).
