Jerry Weller
Jerry Weller, formally Gerald C. Weller (born July 7 1957), American politician, has been a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives since 1994, representing the 11th District of Illinois. He was born in Streator, Illinois, was educated at University of Illinois, and was a staff member for Representative Tom Corcoran, assistant to the director of the Illinois Department of Agriculture, an aide to Agriculture Secretary John R. Block and a member of the Illinois House of Representatives before entering the House.
As of 2004, Weller is engaged to Guatemalan Diputada Zury Ríos Sosa, the daughter of Efraín Ríos Montt. Weller's opponent in the 2004 election,
