Jamal al-Din al-Afghani
Jamaluddin was born in Asadabad near Hamedan, Iran.
He was affected to see foreigners to rule Moslem lands and believed that the main problem is lack of unity among Moslems.
He visited India in hope to make movement at that country, since Most of Muslims were Sunnis he dressed himself like Afghans and claimed that he is Sunni from Afghan Origins.
He then visited Egypt and could find followers there and he led Islamists there. A British Officer wrote to his boss that if Afghani remains there they will face problems.
Jamaleddin was forced to leave Egypt, He then visited Britain and published a newspaper there for some time.
He writes in his diary that" I did not saw Islam there (UK) but Moslems"
He then returns to Iran asking Shah to make reforms but receives nothing but words.
He and his followers stay in Mosque and they say that they will not leave there untill Shah accept their demands but Nassereddin Shah orders exile of Jamaluddin to Turkey.
He finds followers in Turkey and he became imprisoned by order of Sultan Abdulhamid
In 1896 a follower of Seyed Jamaluddin kills Nassereddin Shah in protest to his treatment to Afghani.
Jamaluddin poisoned in Prison by order of Ottoman Sultan when the news of Shah's Assassination emerges.
Afghani Skeleton buries in Afghanistan some year latter after his death.
