Ohio is a US Supreme Court decision delivered in 1964, most known for justice Potter Stewart's short concurring opinion in which he wrote: I know [hard-core pornography which is not protected under First Amendment] when I see it[.] (Actually his full sentence is: But I know it when I see it, and the motion picture involved in this case is not that.)
