iWin.com has been an online publisher of games of chance and internet lotteries since the late 1990s. Recently, iWin.com began to also offer skill-based games such as puzzles, word games, and card games. It is one of the top three publishers of online skill-based games.

iWin was purchased by Next Game, Inc. in mid-2003 from Flipside, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of one-time media giant Vivendi Universal.
