Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) is one of China's big four state owned commercial banks, along with the Bank of China, Agricultural_Bank_of_China and China_Construction_Bank. It was founded on January_1, 1984. As of end-2003, it had assets of RMB 5,279 billion, 24,129 outlets including 70 overseas branches.
The bank's Hong_Kong operations are listed under the name ICBC_Asia.
