Ian Gibson (born 26 September 1938) is a politician in the United Kingdom. He is Labour Party member of Parliament for Norwich North, and was first elected in 1997. He had previously been dean of biology at the University of East Anglia. He was a major campaigner against top-up fees (from £1 000 to £3 000 a year) for universities.
