Hywel Bennett

Hywel Thomas Bennett (8 April 1944-) is a British actor.

Bennett is best know for his appearences on British television. He played small parts in Doctor Who and The Sweeney. He starred in The Virgin Soldiers and the film adaption of Loot by Joe Orton. He played major parts in several Dennis Potter television plays, including Pennies from Heaven, Cold Lazarus and Karaoke.

In 2003 he joined the cast of long running soap opera Eastenders as Jack Dalton.
