Hwarangdo Is a Korean martial art, currently headed by Grand Master Joo Bang Lee. It is referred to as a "complete" martial art, as its curriculum demands students learn aspects of combat including ground fighting, joint locks, striking, kicking and throwing. In addition to this, at advanced levels, practitioners learn to harness their Ki to perform various techniques.
