Hovd aymag

Hovd aymag (Ховд аймаг) is one of the 21 aymags (provinces) of Mongolia. Located in the west of the country, Hovd covers an area of 76,100 square kilometers, and has a population of 86,831 (as of 2000). Its capital is Hovd.
