Henry Cobham 1st lord Cobham, Sheriff of Kent, Constable of Canterbury, Tonbridge, Dover and Rochester Castles.
Henry Cobham was a brother of John de Cobham of Cobham and Cowling, Sheriff of Kent (d before 30.03.1300), who wed Joan de Septvans (dau of Robert de Septvans), and by Joan was the father of Henry de Cobham, 1st Lord (b.1260-d15.08.1339), who was wed before 1285 to Maud de Moreville, the daughter of Eudes de Moreville, widow of Matthew de Columbers.

Sir Henry de Cobham of Cobham and Rundale (Rundell) in Kent, England who was born around 1227, and died in 1316, was the son of John "the Elder", Lord of Cobham married Joan Penchester, ((b by 1269, d 1314/5), daughter of Stephen Penchester, married around the year 1252.
