Harmony Kendall is a

Harmony Kendall first appeared in season one's "The Harvest" as a part of Cordelia Chase's clique. Making minor appearances throughout season one, she shunned Cordelia from their clique when Cordelia began dating Xander Harris. Harmony became the new leader of their group.
In season three's "Graduation Day", Harmony was killed by a vampire, and became a vampire herself, as learned in season four's "The Harsh Light of Day", where she was the girlfriend of Spike. She eventually broke up with him and disappeared. After returning and forming her own gang failed in season five's "Real Me", Harmony got back together with Spike. Harmony left Spike when she learned he was in love with Buffy and when Drusilla returned. This was in her final appearance on Buffy, season five's "Crush".
However, this was not Harmony's final appearance, as she moved to the spinoff Angel. On Angel's season two's "Disharmony", Harmony returned to reunite with Cordelia, not telling her she was a vampire, causing a little bit of trouble. In season five's "Conviction", Harmony became a recurring character as Angel's new secretary, not a human blood-sucker anymore.
Harmony became a member of the cast starting with season five's "Underneath".
But later Harmony betrays Angel and sleeps with Hamilton(an enemy) and tells him Angel's plans.
Angel already knew Harmony would someday betray but didn't know when so after he learns of her betrayal, Angel fires her from Wolfram and Hart, but she wishes both of them luck before she leaves.
