Interstate 110 is the designation for five tertiary interstate routes in the United States associated with the main route Interstate 10.

Interstate 110, also known as the Harbor Freeway, is a 20.43 mile route in the Los Angeles area from the junction with Interstate 10 south to California State Highway 47 in San Pedro near Long Beach. North of I-10, the highway continues as California State Highway 110 (see that article for history and background on the Route 110 designation).
