Hans Karl August Simon von Euler-Chelpin (1873 - 1964) was a Swedish (German-born) biochemist. He won a Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 1929 with Arthur Hardenfor for their investigations on the fermentation of sugar and fermentative enzymes.
