.hack Liminality
.hack//Liminality is the OVA series directly related to .hack//SIGN, with the perspective done from the real world as opposed to the internet.
Liminality is separated into four volumes
- Vol. 1: In The Case of Mai Minase
- Vol. 2: In The Case of Yuki Aihara
- Vol. 3: In The Case of Kyoko Tohno
- Vol. 4: Trismegistus
The story follows three girls, Mai Minase, Yuki Aihara (Yukichin in the original Japanese and the subtitles) Kyoko Tohno (Kyo for short) and a former CC Corp. engineer, Junichiro Tokuoka.
