Gun law
Gun Law refers to a Law that pertains to firearms and weapons. Gun laws are a highly dependent on time an location and have developed along with developlments in weapons and societies. Gun law can become a politcal and controversial issue among many societies. There are many differing views on how gun laws should be setup in a society.
One Gun Law is called "brandishing a firearm". It doesn't matter if the gun is a toy or a real gun that shoots bullets. If you point the gun at someone and reasonably induce fear into them, that is against the law and is a class 1 misdeameanor. You could be fined up to $250 dollars and could serve up to 12 months in jail. In short, do not point guns at people, even if it is a joke. The law is no joke.
