Gaucho (insecticide)
Heh, heh, Anthere we both jumped on that one at the same time. Yours is more complete than mine, so I bow to you. I'll add a couple links though Pollinator 15:49, 4 Dec 2003 (UTC)
- lol. Yes, I saw it just appear on the main page...thought "eh great, a stuff on gaucho..." and found horse stuff instead :-) Thought it deserve filling up ;-). However, I am at work, so I just did a short summary. Will add links later, in particular to studies if you did not do so before.
I'm not sure of the meaning here? "In may 2003, Bayer also attacked in justice one of the leader of the french association of beekeepers for disparagement of the chemical Gaucho. The action was rejected." Is this a court case? What court? Pollinator 15:55, 4 Dec 2003 (UTC)
- french court case. Just found that short link,; but I followed the story last summer, so will add a better link. http://www.webagri.fr/Outils/Fiches/FichesDetail.asp?id=2574
- the guy was vice president of the association for 30 years. Will precise this more. It was an interesting option that Bayer tried to shut people up. Made a mistake though. The accusation was in 2001. The rejection in 2003.
- cheers
I'm thinking that the new section should be moved to a new page titled "Gaucho (pesticide trademark), with a link to it. How think you, Anthere? Pollinator 15:59, 4 Dec 2003 (UTC)
- Gaucho (pesticide) or Gaucho (pesticide trademark), yes, probably much better. I thought we could take opportunity that it was listed on the main page for a little while though (for promotion). Hum ? :-)
- Didn't take long, did it. No point in further discussion of moving it.... Pollinator 16:17, 4 Dec 2003 (UTC)
