Freezie
A freezie is a Nintendo item that has appeared in the Mario Bros arcade game and in Super Smash Bros. Melee.
In Mario Bros, Freezie was less of an item, and more of an enemy, it would wander around until it stopped at a random location and instantley froze the platform it was on, making it slipperey
The Freezie returned in Super Smash Bros. Melee, where it slid forward on the ground like in Mario Bros, but could be picked up and thrown.
When Freezie hit a player, they were frozen for a certain period of time.
Freezie also appeared in Mario Kart: Double Dash!
In the Sherbert Land Course, Giant Freezies appeared on the course, driving into one froze your Kart momentairaly, the Freezie would also fly off opposite the direction you hit it in, usualy exploding on the wall, but also hitting any other Karts that get in it's way
