Frank D. Lucas (b. January 6, 1960) is a politician from the U.S. State of Oklahoma.
Lucas was born in Cheyenne, Oklahoma and he graduated from Oklahoma State University. Lucas was elected to the Oklahoma house of Representatives in 1988 as a Republican. Lucas won a special election to the House of Representatives in 1994.
