Frank Calder



         


Frank Calder (November 17, 1877-February 4, 1943) was the first NHL President (1917-1943). The Calder Memorial Trophy was named after him.

On his passing in 1943, Frank Calder was interred in the Mount Royal Cemetery in Montreal, Quebec.
