Flow
The word flow has several different meanings:
- Flux is another word for flow, usually in an electrical context.
- Flow in fluid mechanics is the rate of movement of a fluid in volume or mass per unit time, such as gallons per minute or pounds per hour. See also Rate of fluid flow.
- Flow, in psychology, is the feeling of complete and energized focus in an activity, with a high level of enjoyment and fulfillment as described by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi.
