Finchley Central tube station
Finchley Central tube station is a station in Finchley_Central on the Northern Line, It has three platforms, one of which goes to Mill Hill East tube station, another goes up towards High Barnet tube station, and one goes southbound towards Morden tube station. The station was originally part of the Great Northern Railway before it became part of the London Underground, and was then known as Finchley Church End.
An unusual aspect of it's layout, with two entrances, yet one ticket hall means that it is one of those few stations on the London Underground that does not have fully gated access, yet it does have a line of ticket barriers which are never set to be closed. If you enter via the Station Road entrance, there's just a pair of Oyster_card validators.
