Ferrero (chocolate)



         


Ferrero is an Italian manufacturer of chocolate products, founded by confectioner Pietro Ferrero in the 1940s to market his invention, a cream of hazelnuts and cocoa, ment to be spread on bread.

This product, now sold under the name Nutella, became popular around the world, and also many of their other products (e.g. the chocolate candies Ferrero Rocher and Mon Chéri, and the Kinder product series, inluding the Kinder Egg) are well known.
