The pokémon Entei was said to be born from a volcano. He embodies the passion of magma, and his immense fire potential enables him to spit fire that devastate anything in it's path.
Entei possesses extreme strength that enables him to roam the earth as he wish. Entei travels with blazing speed. God bless one trainer who tries to catch up with him.
According to the pokédex, every time it barks, volcanoes will erupt. It can also breath fire hotter than lava.
Together with Suicune and Raikou, Entei is one of the three legendary dogs. His first appearance was in the Metal generation Pokémon games (Gold, Silver, and Crystal). There, the legendary dogs was paralysed in forms of statues. When the trainer arrives, the spell was broken and so released the three legendary dogs.
His popularity entitles him a place in a Pokémon movie. He appears on Pokémon The Movie 3: Spell Of The Unown. He also speaks in human language in the film, since he is actually an illusion conjured by the Unown so it could be a 'proper' father figure for Molly, one of the main characters of the movie.
