EditPlus

EditPlus is a shareware text editor, source code editor, and HTML editor for Windows.

It features syntax highlighting for many popular programming languages (e.g. C++, Java) and markup languages (e.g. HTML). It can also be extended to support other languages via custom syntax files. It also features an in-editor browser for previewing HTML pages and auto-completion. It also has FTP capabilities for uploading HTML to web sites.
