Ed's Night Party is a Canadian talk show that airs Friday nights on Citytv. It is hosted by Ed the Sock, a grumpy, cigar-chomping, insult-hurling sock puppet.
The series was syndicated across Canada in the late 1990s, but was banned in Alberta and other parts of the country after the show aired a comedy sequence in which Ed is shown supposedly having sex with a Playboy playmate.
