Dr. Evil
Dr. Evil, played by Mike Myers, is the chief villain of the Austin Powers series of films. He is intended as a parody of James Bond villains, such as Ernst Stavro Blofeld. He is bald, wears a gray Nehru Jacket jumpsuit, and has a son named Scott. He also has a clone called Mini-Me, who is 1/8th his size. His home town is Bruges, located in Belgium. His real name is Douglas "Dougie" Powers, and he is in fact Austin Powers' brother - a fact revealed in the third Austin Powers film.
