Dolophine is the trade name for Methadone, though the name is not often used, at least for the oral tablets, which are sold under the name "Methadose" in the United States by Mallinck Rodt, a St. Louis base subsidary of the Tyco corporation. Generally, one will only hear "dolophine" in hospitals for pain patients or inpatient treatment centres for drug addiction.
