Ding Chavez

Domingo Chavez, better known as Ding Chavez, is a fictional character invented by Tom Clancy and appearing in many of his novels. He commonly works with John Clark. He, along with Clark, rescued a Japanese politician who became prime minister in Debt of Honor. He later joined the multinational counterterrorist organization RAINBOW in Rainbow Six, which defeated several terrorist groups and prevented a bioterrorism plague. He also appeared in Clear and Present Danger as well as The Sum Of All Fears.

He is married to John Clark's daughter, Patty.
