David M. Miner



         


David Morris Miner is a Republican member of the North Carolina General Assembly representing the state's thirty-sixth House district, including constituents in Wake County. A textile salesman from Cary, North Carolina, Miner is currently (2003-2004 session) serving in his sixth term in the state House.

In 2004, Miner was defeated in his bid for a seventh term in the legislature when he lost the Republican primary for the 2004 General Assembly election to Nelson Dollar.
