Dave Perry
Biography
David Perry is one of the most recognised actors in innovation in the video game industry. He is a veteran of the industry, having been programming his first games in the "hey-days" of gaming at the age of 15, more than 20 years ago. He has since developed 36 games, all of which have developed more than $500 million in sales. This has earned him wide respect from fellow developers and gamers alike.
After several contracts from different companies, David Perry decided to found his own in 1993, Shiny Entertainment. It immediately met immense success with its innovative game, Earthworm Jim, a pioneer in both gameplay and atmosphere. The company has also developed several other award-winning games such as MDK, Messiah and the massively-selling game Enter the Matrix.
