Arthur Daniel Miller (b. December 24, 1944) was a Canadian politician and member of the NDP who served briefly as acting premier of British Columbia.
First elected to the BC legislature in 1986, he served in the cabinet of Premier Glen Clark under a variety of ministries. In 1992 he became deputy premier.
He was elected interim leader of the BC NDP by an emergency meeting of the the provincial caucus following the sudden August 25, 1999 resignation of premier Clark. He served as acting premier until Ujjal Dosanjh was elected party leader and thus premier by a formal party convention on February 24, 2000.

Dan Miller is also the name of a Congressman from Florida in the United States.
Dan Miller is also a guitarist who is currently (as of 2004) working as a backing member of They Might Be Giants.
