Criminal record
Criminal record is the central register of police, which includes mostly only prison punishments. Data is used for criminal sanctions and also to figure the realiability of a person.
There comes a criminal record, when a person gets following penalty:
- suspended sentence or unconditional sentence of imprisonment
- community service
- youth punishment or instead of it a fine
- removal from office
- is left without punishment because not being criminally responsible due to a mental disorder
Other than the above-mentioned punishments won't make a criminal record.
Removal of records
It depends of the grade of a punishment, when the information is removed from criminal records.
5 years
- suspenced sentence, community service, youth punishment or instead of it a fine
- removal from office
- community fine
10 years
- two years or lesser unconditional sentence of imprisonment

20 years
