Creel is a Mexican town in the Tarahuramas Sierra. It is located 278 kilometers to the east of Chihuahua City. Near Creel is the Divisadero National Park which allows the visitors to have a magnificent view of the Copper Canyon.
With a lower-case c, a creel is a basket taken along when fishing, to hold fish or other seafood catches (such as molluscs or crustaceans) that have been caught.
