Chick Publications
Chick Publications is a publishing company run by Jack Chick which produces and distributes pamphlets, in the form of comic strips, which promote and seek to win converts to a Christian fundamentalist view. The comics mostly address certain practices, such as neopaganism, Catholicism and homosexuality that most fundamentalist Christians believe are sinful—together with more mundane activities as role-playing games and popular music. Proponents of the comics assert all his comics carry the same message—that of salvation through Jesus Christ.

The graphics are often crude, but striking. Some critics have observed that in form Chick's comics present Jesus as a superhero in an alternate universe in which sins are punished in Biblical style. Because of their superficially unsophisticated graphic style and strongly dogmatic messages, the comics are also popular with some non-Christian-fundamentalists who consider them humorous.
Many claims made by Chick publications are seen as being absurd. Among them are that the Pope is the Anti-Christ , that Islam was a movement founded by the Catholic Church , that Mormons are polytheists , and that rock music is Satanic . Further, Chick's 'rebuttal' of the theory of evolution relies on straw man misrepresentations of the opposing arguments (for instance, Chick claims that rocks are dated by the fossils they contain, and so using them to date these fossils is circular logic; in fact, the usual technique is radiometric dating).
Chick Publications also publishes conventional non-graphic books on these same topics.
