Cathays station
The station in Cathays is located immediately next to the Cardiff University Students' Union building. The station car park is accessible from Senghenydd Road, a footbridge across the tracks leads to the down platform, with an exit to the civic centre onto Park Place.
It is common for commuting students to alight there for University business. It is also common for the more lazy variety of student to engage in short hops from Cardiff Central or Queen Street, especially when they live in the vicinity.
