Casey Kasem



         


Kemal Amin Kasem, professionally known as Casey Kasem (born April 27, 1932), is a Lebanese American radio personality and voice actor (best known as the voice of "Shaggy" in the Scooby-Doo cartoons). He formerly hosted the weekly American Top 40 radio program. He also hosted a TV show called America's Top 10 for a time in the 1980s. He was inducted into the Radio Hall of Fame in 1992.

Off-air recordings of him cursing appeared on Negativland's single "U2".
