Carolyn Hewitt Justice is a Republican member of the North Carolina General Assembly representing the state's sixteenth House district, including constituents in New Hanover and Pender counties. A property manager from Hampstead, North Carolina, Justice is currently (2003-2004 session) serving in her first term in the state House.
